The Third Annual Montezuma International Film Festival will be held November 12 – 15, 2009 at Sano Banano, Organico, Luz de Mono, Los Mangos, Chico’s, and other great venues around the breath-taking beach side village of Montezuma, Costa Rica.
The 2009 festival will be the biggest yet. Events in Montezuma are held during the Costa Rica International Film Festival, a two city, eight day festival. The festival will begin in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, November 5 – 8, 2009. Events will then move to Montezuma from November 12 – 15, 2009. Both locations will showcase a collection of amazing films, music, art, special events, and really great parties.
Montezuma International Film Festival is an exciting event celebrating every genre of independent films from every country.
The film festival opens it’s arms to the world, inviting filmmakers and fans to experience the magic of Costa Rica.
By day, enjoy walks on the beach, hikes to waterfalls, horseback riding, boat tours, zip-lines, and much more.
By night, independent films from every country will be screening in town. All venues are within walking distance, and attendees can enjoy dinner and drinks while enjoying the show.
